Margie Carter has been cake decorating in Sydney for over 25 years starting at Sweet Art in Paddington before opening Planet Cake with Faye Cahill in 1996.

Looking through Margies cake photo album is like looking at a book of Australian media history. Margie has made cakes for Daryl Somers, Jeff Kennett, Rhianna and Nicole Kidman. She has had her work displayed in museums, featured in the Planet Cake television series on the Lifestyle Channel.

Margie's energies are now focused in teaching and she now teaches around the world.
